Americans have growing faith in state and local government
There's good news and then there's REALLY good news: The latest Gallup poll says "Public trust in state and local government has reached a more than 10-year high." This on the heels of a NACo "Commissioners" survey over the summer that found increasing optimism that economic conditions in their home counties are improving.
